Mrs. Mary Magdelene Duckworth Tillman, 90, Mendenhall, MS died at her residence on September 26, 2023.
Tillman confessed to Christ at an early age and later united with the Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wiley Ducksworth and Ida Hamilton Ducksworth; husband, Ammon "A.T." Tillman, Jr. ; son, Samuel "Ricky" Kimp; two daughters, Bertha Kimp and Janet Banks; four stepdaughters, Azionlean Blackwell, Eddie Blackwell, Josephine Pittman and Martha Owens.
Survivors include, one brother, Joseph Ducksworth, sister, Marcella Crain; six sons, J. T. (Gloria) Tillman, John (Elizabeth) Tillman, Rick Tillman, Calvin Tillman, all of Mendenhall, O. D. (Margaret) Tillman, Magee, MS and Roosevekt Tillman, Batesvilles, MS.
Five daughters, Katherine (S. L.) Craft, Gloria (Henry) Overby, Rosie(Levester) Tillman Rhodes, Ammie Tillman, and Angelene Kimp, all of Mendenhall; three adopted children Evelyn Paige, and Timothy Boone; and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
